pretty sure you don't need Essential in your modsfolder, also sba is pretty outdated I think

(But idk what of those would actually cause the issue, cause I don't remember any of them being incompatible)

what I meant was the version you use is ancient, but yea probably also good idea to only use sba if you really need to

it's the second-latest version

the latest version just fixes some online resource fetching stuff
