Win key + R and then type %appdata%\.minecraft\crash-reports
mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
Linux: You should know this if your using linux

It doesnt go that far to create the crash log also

the forge launcher/loader doesnt even start

Update: i was talking with other support in the meantime and while solving that issue it actually solved this one too
