Dupe Tracker bug

So after my millionth freeze I decided to check out what was going on with my Minecraft instance, so I checked my logs and found that the Dupe Tracker function was attempting to check... well, something (I'm not very good at describing things) as seen in the attached image.

It kept returning 404 Not Found and since it kept contacting, it would freeze my game. I imagine this wouldn't be a problem for people who allocate more RAM but for people who allocate exactly the 4GB as recommended (like me) the freeze is very annoying. So it would be great:
a. if the Dupe Tracker function is still maintained, fix the 404 problem by changing where to find the duped items; or
b. if the Dupe Tracker function is basically abandoned, remove it from Skytils as a whole.

Is there anyway to stop these freezes from happening? they are very annoying
