i put essentials in the sb mod folder and downgraded and that works

i may just be slow but i dont see essentials even in my mod folder, even tho i know its been there when i was playing

I put chat triggers back in as i thopught downgrading skytils would solve my issue

i downgraded to skytils 1.7.9 and it launched, i do not know if itll work for others

Remove all other mods except Skytils temporarily

which will then let Skytils download what's necessary

if that no worky, remove Skytils, download the essential jar, check for essential updates, after updating successfully remove the essential jar and then put skytils back in

edit in case some people need help:

1. go to essential.gg/download and download the forge 1.8.9 version
2. navigate to your modfolder (you should know where it is)
3. make sure skytils is not in there, you should've moved it to somewhere else like your desktop.
4. drag the jar file you just downloaded into the folder
5. launch minecraft
6. update essential from the popup, if it doesn't show a popup saying essential has an update, go to essential settings and toggle automatic essential updates. if you do have to toggle auto-updates, relaunch minecraft again to make sure it updated.
7. remove the essential jar and put the skytils jar back in
8. launch minecraft
9. send a support message if it still isn't fixed with a ss of your modfolder
