so i acidentally deleted the old installation in the launcher and now i dont know how to make a new one with all the forge mods... i can do a installation with optifine but then i dont got Skytilts etc there.... and in my old installtion (the one i deleted) i didnt have optifine
is there a way to combine optifine with the other mods?

you download 1.8.9 forge java file and run it

then put all the mods including optifine in a mods folder in your .minecraft
