• Forge 11.15.1.2318 on 1.8.9
• OptiFine M5

Recommendations:

• Unless you know what you're doing, modifying your JVM args could have unintended side effects. It's best to use the defaults.
• You should remove TcpNoDelay as it has already been added to minecraft since version 1.8.1, the mod you have is most likely useless or even a virus.
• Update Autotip from 3.0.1 to 3.1.1
