Possible Solutions:

If you have started crashing recently when joining a server, you'll need to disable Patcher's entity culling by going to .minecraft/config, opening the patcher.toml file and changing entity_culling = true to entity_culling = false.
This is caused by a new AMD driver update that appears to be a complete rewrite of the driver. If you suffer a large performance hit after disabling entity culling, you can try downgrading your GPU driver instead

@stray plume crash was caused by either dungeonsguide or Apec, try removing one or the other and see if it fixes it
