Win key + R and then type %appdata%\.minecraft\crash-reports

Possible Solutions:

• Install/update Patcher to resolve this issue, or disable connected textures in video settings.

Recommendations:

• Most of the time you don't need more than 2GB RAM allocated (maybe 3-4GB if you use skyblock mods). You may be able to reduce the amount of RAM allocated from 16G to 2G or 3G
