mods dont really conflict as far as I know, what do you use to launch those mods? And check task manager when loading minecraft to see if its a hardware issue

Win key + R and then type %appdata%\.minecraft\crash-reports
mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
Linux: You should know this if your using linux
