going on other apps while playing then black screen

Im having an issue whenever i need to go do something else on my pc while im playing when i click back on minecraft its a black screen and then when it works it placed me in afk in hypixel even tho its been like 10 seconds. im sure its from skytils since it never happened on vanilla and i tried to use essential without skytils and it didnt happen
