mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
Linux: You should know this if your using linux

Recommendations:

Update ToggleSprint https://download.powns.dev/togglesneak189, the version you have is extremely outdated, you can also remove PlayerAPI now.
If playing on 1.8.9, PlayerAPI is unneeded since developers can use AccessTransformers instead, unless you have the outdated ToggleSneak then pretty much no other mods use this useless api.
Update Patcher from 1.8.5 to 1.8.7
