  • Forge 11.15.1.2318 on 1.8.9
  • OptiFine L5

Possible Solutions:

  • Update OptiFine from L5 to M5

Recommendations:

  • If playing on 1.8.9, PlayerAPI is unneeded since developers can use AccessTransformers instead, unless you have the outdated ToggleSneak then pretty much no other mods use this useless api.
  • Update Patcher from 1.8.6 to 1.8.7
  • Update Skytils from 1.7.2 to 1.7.3
