Use VBOS: ON
Smart Animations: ON
Render Regions: ON
Smooth FPS: OFF
Smooth World: OFF
Fast Render: OFF (for mods that need it off)
Fast Math: OFF (since this breaks things more than it helps)
/patcher > Search HUDCaching > enable it

make sure to turn off fast render if it's turned on, i suggest not using foamfix or entity culling since patcher should already implement those
