Win key + R and then type %appdata%\.minecraft\crash-reports
mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
Linux: You should know this if your using linux

Open minecraft to single player, go into the resource packs menu, click open resource pack folder, go back 1 folder and go into the crash reports folder

Then send the report

Also someone said to try deleting patcher from the mods folder so I'm trying that
