It gets fixed when I remove skytils/neu but neu support said they dont do anything in the nether.

So even without doing blaze slayer I get a little bit of ram spiking but nowhere near enough for frame drops

Use VBOS: ON
Smart Animations: ON
Render Regions: ON
Smooth FPS: OFF
Smooth World: OFF
Fast Render: OFF (for mods that need it off)
Fast Math: OFF (since this breaks things more than it helps)
/patcher > Search HUDCaching > enable it

when ur in the blaze cave for a while your fps drops and stays low because of some server issue with fog or something

but i removed dsm and it started to work (idk if u have it installed)
