Win key + R and then type %appdata%\.minecraft\crash-reports
mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
Linux: You should know this if your using linux

Turn off connected textures or get Patcher mod to fix this issue

Install/update Patcher to resolve this issue or disable connected textures in video settings
