After the update it just freezes now its like every 40 seconds

well u do have a few mods known for heavy lag (e.g neu ctjs)

yea, but they never cause me any lag, its just when I updated it became like this.

Use VBOS: ON
Smart Animations: ON
Render Regions: ON
Smooth FPS: OFF
Smooth World: OFF
Fast Render: OFF (for mods that need it off)
Fast Math: OFF (since this breaks things more than it helps)
/patcher > Search HUDCaching > enable it
