Download https://github.com/Skytils/SkytilsMod/releases/download/v1.4.3-pre1/Skytils-1.4.3-pre1.jar

Forge
Windows: Press windows+r and type %appdata%/.minecraft/mods/
Mac: Press ⌘+space and type ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods/
Linux: Navigate to ~/.minecraft/mods
SkyClient
Windows: Press windows+r and type %appdata%/.minecraft/skyclient/mods/
Mac: Press ⌘+space and type ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/skyclient/mods/
Linux: Navigate to ~/.minecraft/skyclient/mods

Delete any versions of Skytils in the folder you navigated to. Copy and paste the updated file you downloaded earlier into the same folder.

you wanna download the pre version than throw It Into the skyclient folder.
It throws It Into your mods folder on regular MC Instead of the skyclient
