Ik the problem is with forge, not any of my mods bc whenever I open the game with forge and no mods, i have 15-20 fps, but when i open regular mc on the same version, its up to 120

Are you on the latest forge version?

If so, try installing optifine and patcher

breh read, i said its not a problem with mods, ive opened the game without laggy mods, with and without patcher and optifine. i reinstalled forge to double check that I was on the latest version, its not any of that. all I know is that it has something to do with forge, not my mods, its forge
