Tbh there's probably not a lot that can be done, unless someone with more braincells and time than me knows what to disable/remove to reduce loadtime

Loading minecraft with any mods that use essential increases the startup time by like 20% for me, not as extreme as in your case lol

it's skytils specifically that increased my load times

with just neu, patcher, and sba my load times were 50-60 seconds
