This is a known bug i'm pretty sure

There isn't a fix for it or you could try using older versions but I think older version have more bugs😂

Skytils is adding unnecessary features when the necessary features are so bugged

Which is why they got time to make other features :D

Anyway to answer the original question imma copy paste ig

My configs (Gui Location, Protectitem, Waypoints...) don't save

Known Issue in 1.3.0-pre3 that you can't save your config, downgrade to 1.3.0-pre1, 1.2.6 or 1.2.5 or wait until 1.3.0-pre4 comes out.
You can also re-update again after applying the changes (like changing the Gui Locations, adding the Waypoints...).
