i dont think exit code 1 gives a crash report

if its not there, check the logs folder

and send latest.log

Possible Solutions:

Update OptiFine from H8 to M5

Recommendations:

If playing on 1.8.9, PlayerAPI is unneeded since developers can use AccessTransformers instead, unless you have the outdated ToggleSneak then pretty much no other mods use this useless api.
