Due to hypixels latest announcement, we will follow up with our original plan of 1.8.9 and the latest Minecraft version, and the previous Minecraft version provided it is greater than 1.19.4
Example:
2.x will support 1.8.9 and 1.19.3/1.19.4 on launch. When 1.20 releases, 1.20 support will be added alongside 1.8.9 and 1.19.3/1.19.4.
When 1.21 releases, 1.19.3/1.19.4 support will be dropped, and the versions that continue on are 1.8.9, 1.20 and 1.21.
If 1.8.9 is ever dropped by Hypixel, we will also drop 1.8.9.

2. Enable griffin waypoints in events in /skytils
3. Leave the lobby you are in, and go to a new one to force the api to refresh.
4. Go click all the starting waypoints
5. Go to a new lobby or go to your island and back to hub
6. Click all the 2/4 waypoints and fight the mobs
7. Repeat steps 5-6 as necessary
if you need these steps again, do -griffin in #Bot Commands.

There are currently fake Skytils versions being distributed. I shouldn't have to say this, but please do not download these fake Skytils versions. The only official place pre-built Skytils versions will be posted is on our GitHub page at https://github.com/Skytils/SkytilsMod. Versions that contain the newest Vigilance GUI build are unreleased and can only be obtained by manually building the mod from the respective GitHub branch (1.x).
For reference, the latest versions are:

Alright, so many of you may have heard that Skytils may be incompatible with SkyblockExtras, and that in order to launch your game you must rename Skytils to be the highest in your mod folder.
This is being framed by some as an attempt to have "superiority" over other mods.
This is not true, and if you actually read the prompt you would know this is not the case.
Skytils is written in a language called Kotlin. Kotlin is becoming a popular language, mostly in Android apps, as an alternative to the standard Java. Due to the Minecraft launcher using the Java 8 runtime, many of the later Java features are unavailable to mod creators. Kotlin provides many helpful libraries that supplement this loss.
However, we use the newest version of Kotlin, version 1.5. Previous mod developers for 1.8 used Kotlin 1.3, due to it being time consuming to fix ForgeGradle 2 to work on later versions of Gradle.
This causes a problem. Many of the classes and methods we use are unavailable in older versions of Kotlin.
Now why does renaming matter? Minecraft Forge sorts the mod list two times, split into coremods and mods. Skytils is registered as a coremod in order to load Mixin (stuff that let's us edit the Minecraft code.) Forge loads both mods and coremods in an alphabetical order. Due to such an early initialization of the coremod manager, it is impossible for Skytils to force itself to load first.
The most common example of this is the ChatTriggers mod. The ChatTriggers mod uses Kotlin 1.3.72, which does not contain many of the later collection utilities. Since C comes before S alphabetically, Minecraft Forge loads this old version of Kotlin first.
Now why does Skytils refuse to launch your game? Simple. If we didn't, you would crash on startup. The dialog is there to inform you of what really happened, instead of trying to force you to decipher a super long crash report.
SBE is solely written in Java, which means that this conflict will never show up solely because of SBE
If you still do not believe that SkyblockExtras is not the cause of Skytils refusing to launch your game, multiple users have expressed otherwise.
For example, if we really refused to launch with SkyblockExtras, why would renaming the jar file mess up our detection? Couldn't we just check for the modid?

Downtime for all Skytils' APIs is expected to begin sometime soon (think 12-48 hours) while I migrate to our Kotlin web framework, during this time you may experience some features using outdated data or not working due to missing data.
Some affected features include, but are not limited to:

For Protect Items Above BIN Value, it is designed to prevent dropping ALL items when there is no data for the item. If this is undesirable, I recommend you use prevent dropping starred items, Skyblock Addons' prevent dropping rare & hotbar items, as well as slot locking. To disable the feature, set the value in the config to 0.
It is possible that this change may require a client-side update, in which case I will push a new release that fixes it ASAP.

~~Hi expect downtime for all Skytils' APIs for an indefinite period of time, during this time you may experience some features using outdated data or not working due to missing data.
Some affected features include, but are not limited to:
Show Lowest BIN,
Bits / Coin Ratio
Dungeon Chest Profit
Custom Auction Price Overlay (undercut mode)
For Protect Items Above BIN Value, it is designed to prevent dropping ALL items when there is no data for the item. If this is undesirable, I recommend you use prevent dropping starred items, Skyblock Addons' prevent dropping rare & hotbar items, as well as slot locking. To disable the feature, set the value in the config to 0.

The current release of Skytils is 1.0.8. The current pre release is 1.0.9-pre1.1. If you did not download from a third party you will be fine. Any sort of attack on your account is unrelated to Skytils.

We use the @dapper sable Discord bot to provide automatic support for crashes and other issues. On December 18th, the Fire bot will begin to collect to improve the feature.
What this means for you:
Every crash report or log uploaded in this server will be detected by Fire and uploaded to HasteBin. This is nothing new and has been taking place since the server's creation. After 12/18/2021, all HasteBin links in this server will be collected along with your Discord ID to identify them.
Does my personal info get logged?
Fire automatically removes known pieces of personal information and are not present in the HasteBin.

Helo our domain registrar must have played an april fools joke and finally revoked access to the old domain. You will need to do /st reload data or restart your game in order to fix the connection issue. You will not need to take action if you do not currently have Minecraft open and you have Skytils version 1.2.0 or later.
If you need to whitelist the new domain on any software, the domain is *.skytils.gg and skytils.gg
