It may happen sometimes due to what it looks like some race conditions, it's only at start for me, maybe you have some spicetify plugins that break the JS, but it should not happen at every start.
Do a fresh install, I had no issue in the past 3 months and I use the app daily.
I also use the mobile version but I had to mod it many times recently due to Spotify changes that were made like 2 months ago, because before that I had a mobile version that worked for like 2 years with no change.
