im a little confused by the log - did you delete your database file and start over?

I did try that when I saw it saying it couldnt connect but was still doing the same thing, I deleted the database as I saw it recommend in another thread and then had it try to re scan it all again with the same result

attempted to do a fresh install (removed from appdatafolder as well) , and seem to still have the same issue it does its scan and I have it do a new scan it chooses one of the TV Shows in this case Anime and then doesnt scan or keep Toons or Live Action shows for some reason. Hopefully the fresh log is better insight
