when i ran intel_gpu_top it doesnt show anything. But i had this working before I reformatted the hard drive. I just dont remember how I got it working. I do know I was using ubuntu server 20.04 before.

I think I may reformat it again and try using ubuntu 24.04 and see if I can get it working.

Because I have tried everything I can find and it still wont enable the igpu transcoding

Ok, so I got ubuntu server 24.04 installed and running. I got etv installed and running. But it still doesnt show any sort of qsv or va-api transcoding ability

I verified the cpu does have i915 ability and quicksync and stuff.
