Just wondering if anyone else has seen this behavior:

Plex on tvOS will crash as soon as a new video is played, doesn’t matter if it’s filler or just the next episode of a show.

I’m using x265 but haven’t been able to try others yet but that’s my next step.

is this limited to tvos or is that your only client?

I've noticed some oddities in the web player where it will sometimes just say the stream ended

#

but it doesn't seem to be as consistent as the tvos one

#

also seeing some weirdness on the episode guide after I moved some channel numbers around

yeah plex doesn't like when etv makes xmltv changes. im still investigating

I'm getting this too but seems to only be videos that were run through the mkchap..

I can have 2 filler videos play back to back but as soon as it tries to jump into a video, it crashes back to the schedule.

web player with x264 seems to be acting fine, going to test tvos now

mine are all x264 .ts files recorded OTA

ugh, plex always goes bonkers when I remove/add a DVR source

waiting for it to calm down, but initial impressions seem to be that x264 is better, not sure if it's a fixall though

Only ones it is sad with are the ORA's in .ts wrappers. If I start in the middle of the show, its fine.

Then get to a break, plays the filler, then dies.
