unraid - transcode to cache or ram

On Unraid, my docker image storage usage increased by 15gb overnight because of ersatz. Im guessing it is related to saving transcoded content. After restarting the container it went back to only a gig. If it Is related to transcoding, is there a way to make it transcode outside of the docker image, like to tmp or ram? Where does the image store transcoded content?

yes, i use tmpfs - something like tmpfs: - "/root/.local/share/etv-transcode"

the folder is accurate, i just mean my ansible docker syntax may be different than whatever you need to use
