I have ersatztv otherwise running (Windows 11) with jellyfin. When I try to play a video from it in jellyfin locally it works fine.

But then I go over to another computer (Debian) in the jellyfin client on the same network and for all my channels it gives me the error "Playback Failed: Playback failed with error "loading failed". Retro with transcode? (Note this may hang the player)

That's not a very descriptive error message so I have no idea where to start. Any ideas?

I recall seeing that Live TV is broken in the latest stable Jellyfin

I'll downgrade further and see if that does it, but I'm actually on 10.8.9 right now, not 10.8.10.

Well it works in a browser, but not the client, so I'll chalk it up to being a client problem.

I have another issue though but it's very different. Should I post a new thread or continue it here? I dont want to spam the support page with my issues.

It only occurs when connected remotely via reverse proxy for me
