scan your library? that should remove files that no longer exist, or are you saying that it still happens after scanning your library?

is that a local library? or a media server?

okay, thanks. i do see a couple things i could fix. sidecar/external subtitles aren't supported in etv plex libraries atm, but it looks like it held onto one that it found from before etv direct streamed from plex (and stopped scanning the local filesystem)

i dont have time to test tonight, but i committed what should fix it for now by ignoring those subtitles files from plex libraries. build progress here https://github.com/jasongdove/ErsatzTV/actions/runs/4486165310 (updated)
