Fresh install of beta 7.2 and I get an error that the initial library scan fails. tried both Plex, Emby and local. Sorry that I forgot to write down the error code.

Dropping back to beta 7.0 fixes the problem.

Any ideas?

the log files should still be there, you can search that for the error code, or dm me the log file from that day

No log file from that version that I could find. I might have wiped it clean in troubleshooting. Let me upgrade to the latest beta and see if it does it again.

Hadn’t gotten too far so I ended up just doing a fresh install of beta 7.2 and the error I’m getting is “unable to scan library - erasztv.scanner exited with code 138”.

thanks, you will probably need to stick with the 7.0 version then for now. will take a closer look at that new ersatztv.scanner process on mac

this is fixed now, was a bug in dotnet 7.0 runtime but i found a workaround
