What's the question? Usually there are three sides of a story: your one, their one, and the truth. If your version checks out, then I'd be looking to leave the company.

You're telling a highly biased story by neglicting to explain their logic. I understand you probably do not agree or even properly understand their logic, but if you don't bother telling us what was said to you then it's rather difficult to sympathize.
Unless you literally came into your manager's office and was told "helping to onboard a woman is aggressive." down to the letter. But - and I don't mean to be cynical - I doubt that was the case.
