cant update the launcher

i just come back to play the game and every time i launch the game i get error says "There was an error downloading version information please try again in few minutes" i try to reinstall the game but nothing change i even try to download the launcher alone but still same problem

this happens sometimes when your antivirus blocks trove, try whitelisitng trove in your antivirus

i tried to put trove folder in the whitelist but nothing happen i even try to turn off the Microsoft Defender but nothing change

uninstall the game then reinstall it from an alternate source, for example if you are playing through glyph launcher then install from steam, if you are playing from steam then install from glyph launcher

dont worry so long as you have your account name and password your progress is saved
