#Cannot find module @vitejs/plugin-react on fresh project

Hello! I just created a new project with the react-ts template, but I got the error for every module "Cannot find module"... I use yarn 4, node 23 and I am on Webstorm, I don't understand what is happening ???

I also have on Webstorm Vite: 'vite' package not found
