I'm new to Vite.js and recently completed my first website for a community organization. Now, I want to make it SEO-friendly and deploy it so that everything loads quickly and efficiently. I've pieced together the code myself, but I could really use some help with refactoring and improving it.

So, my question is: where can I find people who can help me with my Vite.js project, specifically with code refactoring? I found it challenging to locate someone on Fiverr for this specific task.
