Next big RQ shuffle with rarity changes

Last time they had the big RQ change and rarity shuffle it was a mess. I have a huge garage and I had to spend days upgrading and fusing cars that had been reset to no upgrades. If they do that again it would be nice if they only reset the cars that change between S, A, & B. It’s a big deal when these change. Just leave the cars as is when moving between B and C and all other changes for the lower level cars. This would make it way more manageable and fun. The lower level cars just don’t matter as much.

But these cars are important to other players who maybe play a lot of clubs or new players with small garages.

Whatever cars change regardless they need to be reset
