Just bought 5 bundle of GT series 40% chance of getting Epic or legendary car.
Got 1 poor level 65 car out of it.
That's not 40% more like 20% 😠😠
Please correct it.

if it had been 3 epics, would you have given one back because it would have been 60% instead of 40%? you were just unlucky. with only 5 packs, the chance is very high that you won't draw an epic at exactly 40%. It was also only one pack not as expected.

I have counted the Carbon Fiber Normal packed I have won or bought in shop. 74 packed got 9 Epic and 0 Legdendary so far.
Since middle of November not close to 2,5% Leg or 17,75% Epic. Cant wait to get the last 26 packed they have to be great. If yours promises are true.
You guys know % means probarbility out of 100 not 1000 or more?

You can’t add up the packs. The percentage starts new with every new pack.

It still come out the same way. If you buy/win around 100 packs the outcome should be very close to the promised procenties. Otherwise your game is favour someone or you. Otherwise you are lying. If you go into a regular shop and get a discount on 21,25% then you also only expect to should pay 79,75 instead of 100.
I simply dont see the diffirence.
I admit the fewer packs you have won/pay for the bigger the diffirence could be.
% still means out of 100 dosent it. Also where your guy operate from.
It is still a good game even that you are not keeping what you promises in the game. And its clear that it all are about earning money.

Don't be angry with me, but that's rubbish. You can't compare a fixed discount with a probability calculation. A good example would be roulette. Red and black should come up about equally often if you just spin the wheel often enough. however, there are also series where, for example, the same colour comes up 20 - 30 times in a row. with only 100 spins, after such a long series it will never even out. with 1 million spins, on the other hand, it will even out that both colours are drawn about equally often.
For about 2.5 years I have been making a note of what I draw from ceramic and CF packs. I had a look at the smallest and largest distance between my legis drawn in ceramic packs. My largest distance between 2 drawn Legis was 380 packs and the smallest 11. The dry spell with 380 packs without Legi was frustrating, but when I had already drawn another one after 11, I didn't complain. Here is an overview:
