Add many possibilities for events (currently too many brand X brand event)
Criteria for events:
• Max 150 Top Speed
• Min 170 Top Speed
• Max 90 handling (for a twisty event)
• Min 4.0 accel (0-60)
• Min 2000 Weight (for a twisty event)
• Max 1000 Weight (for a drag event)
• Max 1.1 Height
• Min 2.1 Width
As upgrading a car it can be out of the event, it should use stock values of the car.
So, if a car has 155 Top Speed, but 145 when it was stock, it can be used in the Max 150 Top Speed event
