Just a new place where from start there instead of offers will be a something like training or testing for cars where you can test time that cars beat on all maps with terrain and weatherthat are in game. It will be really helpfull to just check time easier insted of going to campaign or wasting 100 
just to check the time the car go and also not for every car cuz it has to be from the country the track is. Maybe it could just take 1 race like normal but doesnt have to.
