Suggestions:

  • mini map would be extremely helpful and useful to players (just to navigate - doesn't even need to show players or vending machines at all ever on it, just to help navigate).
  • Flashlight not needing to be used to see if you’re on voice chat or who’s talking and scores (currently it needs to be)
  • Have a short timed reminder to pickup item from vending machine so people aren’t confirmed how to claim then use items, (maybe a mandatory demo before gameplay begins, even though there are key short cut small images near items on how to use - people still get confused)
  • Have a semi transparent tiny aiming sight for items like grenades, molatov’s etc (and also the ability to cancel a use)

Eric has talked about how having your flashlight on to get information about your surroundings is one of the key pillars to the game. If you want to know who's talking, or where things are, or who's winning, you have to turn on the light. It's one of the mechanics that encourages players to take a little risk to get information.

I agree with you on the vending machine... I can't tell you how many times I just derp derp walk away without picking up my item.

For aiming, I'll bring that up to the team and see what they say!
