The AXΞN Main & Academy is currently undergoing a full restructuring to establish a more disciplined and development-focused environment. As part of this rebuild, all future recruitment will follow a strict evaluation process to ensure players meet both skill and organizational standards.
Minimum Requirements
Faceit Level 5+ (minimum baseline requirement)
Strong mechanical consistency and game awareness
Prior experience in structured team play is preferred
Trial Period
All applicants will undergo a 1–2 week trial period
During this time, players will be evaluated in both scrims and structured environments
Evaluation Criteria
Players will be assessed on their ability to:
Perform within their designated role (entry, support, AWPer, etc.)
Communicate clearly and effectively under pressure
Maintain discipline and consistency in team settings
Adapt and demonstrate a willingness to learn and improve

AXΞN Academy does not recruit based on aim alone. Mechanical skill is only one component of a complete player profile. Equal, if not greater, emphasis is placed on:
