@median storm This is because faceit platform and prem are totaly different they are not related in any way so faceit has its own rules and a different Rating system to Premier Separate ranking systems, Different skill pools if that makes sense, you may not qualify or have enough "Match Data" to be put into the Special calibration that faceit may offer some new players
