I have a proposition for you, if you are interested.
We are new team, Gamers404, out of EU, we have been "established" for a year now, still a work in progress, but we have a good group 3-4 solid players, active.
We have had some issues with attendance with some players, I have taken the necessary steps to handle the situation.
We are all on FACEIT, our best players, 5-7, I simply manage (yes and play) however not yet participated as an established team in the previous seasons.
Good coms, no toxic bs, Minimum age requirement, all players (with exception of Liam and myself), from EU
And schedule updated weekly. Discord. Team Owner is from Greece, Loi, with previous tournament experience and pro experience in LOL.
BIBAS is from Hungary , too.

well i might not meet the age requirement because i am 15, i am not toxic or very childish id say but the team might not be fine with that

well i am currently faceit level 2 but havent played in a couple hundred hours of playtime, id say im between level 3 and 4 now. and yes i am active and have time every day to play
but is between level 3 and 4 even good enough?

Maturity is huge with us, that's our "unspoken" rule, that would be my only advice, especially with Loi.
Play, have fun, communication is key, with me for schedule and updates. be coachable, give and receive, listen, practice with us, let us know if you will be AFK for some time, that's our thing
