Cyber7 is Recruiting a CS2 Coach & Manager for the Upcoming Season
We’re Cyber7, a motivated CS2 team preparing for the upcoming competitive season, and we’re currently looking for a Coach and a Team Manager to help take us to the next level.
🎯 Coach Role:
We’re seeking someone with strong game knowledge—whether you're an experienced coach or just starting out—who can:
-Help us develop a team playbook and structured strategies
-Provide guidance on improving our individual and team mechanics
-Assist in scheduling scrims and practices
-Provide feedback from matches, demos, and in-game communication
-Serve as a voice of accountability and growth
📋 Manager Role:
We’re also looking for a Team Manager who can:
-Assist the coach in finding and scheduling scrims
-Coordinate and manage player availability and practice days
-Keep team members accountable and organized
-Help handle match/demo review logistics
-Optionally support our social media presence and represent the team online
