Hello we are starting a new cs team called axo we need a coach for us to get a rhytm to practice etc we have actuve players good enviroment and positive energy and really sharp shooters if anybody would help we will accept we are 14-17 ages looking for coach thats 17 or over 18 if under requiermnt be mature and stop fights between people if they break out or calls are bad we need coach for faceit tournaments etc so id anybody is intrested dm me! thank u for reading

@river pasture what exactly are the goals your trying to reach with getting a coach in the team? Is it just the calmness in the team or also learning tactics / gameplans / trust in igls etc etc ? What are your future goals to reach in terms of play and wich events?

tactics calmness gameplans trusting igl we play faceit tourneys and with this roster we have wecan achieve big wins once we level up to 10
and now that we are low level we can also achieve wins we have super high fire power and good minds and good team talks and comms
we get along very well but sometimes we might get heated
so we need coach to calmus down and help with tactics gameplans and trusting igl etc
