ESEA Team Recruitment (NA East Region)
We are a team with three players, all at Faceit level 10. Our in-game leader is a former ESEA Main player with 3000 Faceit Elo in CSGO, our main AWPer has 2200 Faceit Elo, and our entry fragger has 2000 Faceit Elo.
We are currently recruiting two riflers:
A player focused on trading and holding key positions.
A support/flex player who can also play crucial roles.
Alternatively, if you believe your sniping skills exceed those of our current AWPer, and with the captain’s approval, our AWPer can transition to a secondary role to accommodate you.
Requirements:
Faceit Elo 1900+ (league experience preferred)
A good mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to commit to practice and take guidance from the IGL.
Availability for 4-5 nights a week with a reasonably open evening schedule in the Eastern Time Zone (ET) (we will create a practice schedule that works for everyone).
