3 weeks ago I got a message on the faceit app, asking me to verify my account. I went through the process for maybe 20 or 30 times now, and every time I try it, I get an error message saying either "Please make sure to remove your glasses, have a neutral background, and be in a well-lit room to try again." or "Your recent verification attempt failed:an error occured during the verification process".
I opened a faceit ticket (on the faceit support) and no one responded to it for 2 weeks. The only response I got was today, and was not helpful. Now I'm stuck with this, I dont fcking now what do to, I did everything in the good way and I just want someone to help me play faceit again.
