#Faceit Support requires I verify an Email no longer associated with my account. 403 Error

  • Issue is occurring in Faceit Support window. (https://support.faceit.com/hc/en-us)
  • I'm attempting to view my submitted Faceit support tickets, however when I click on the "My Activities" drop down from my profile (Shown in the 7th screenshot), a verification message pops up (showing in the 1st screenshot). I then go through the process to verify (screenshots 1-6), which is attempting to verify an email that I removed from my account over a year ago, but results in the following 403 error (Screenshot 6).
  • I'm assuming I should be able to view my support tickets after verifying. However, I'm unable to resolve the verification message.

I've tried doing this on multiple browsers as well with the same result. (Chrome, Firefox)
