Is not the first time I see someone saying the volume is too high, if I recall you can enter the live, mute the volume, and it'll stay muted from there on even when you refresh or leave the site

i've literally never once used this
i always use youtube due to being able to rewind
watching the pov live is cool but you will almost always default back to watching the demo
again, due to being able to rewind, follow nades, etc
