In the first room is a brazier that disables itself after a short delay once turned on. However, if you restart from checkpoint before the delay period ends, the brazier will still be on when returning to the room later, even if it was originally off at the checkpoint state.

I can recreate this in a sample dungeon, if necessary. I don't think it will be difficult to reproduce.
